Future Indefinite Tense (Simple Future Tense)

The Future Indefinite Tense is used to express actions that will happen in the future. It is formed using the future tense marker in Urdu.

Identification in Urdu/اردو میں پہچان:

• گا - گی - گے

Auxiliary/Helping Verb:

• will(he,she,it,they,you)/shall(I,we)

Affirmative/Positive Sentences

For all subjects:

Examples:

1. "میں کتاب پڑھوں گا" (I shall read a book).
2. "تم کل انے جاؤ گے" (You will come tomorrow).
3. "وہ نئی گاڑی خریدے گی" (She will buy a new car).
4. "ہم سیرت گزاریں گے" (We shall spend the evening).
5. "تم کل مجھ سے ملو گے" (You will meet me tomorrow).
6. "انہوں نے گانا گائے گے" (They will sing a song).
7. "میرے دوست کل واپس آئیں گے" (My friends will come back tomorrow).
8. "ہوا برف برسائے گا" (It will snow tomorrow).
9. "تمہیں اچھا لگے گا" (You will like it).
10. "وہ ہمارے ساتھ چلے گا" (He will go with us).
11. "کل ہم میلہ کریں گے" (We shall have a gathering tomorrow).
12. "تم اپنا کام ختم کرو گے" (You will finish your work).
13. "وہ نئے ڈیل پر کام کرے گی" (She will work on a new deal).
14. "میں اپنی کہانی لکھوں گا" (I shall write my story).
15. "تم نئے فلم دیکھو گے" (You will watch a new movie).
16. "انہوں نے نیا بزنس شروع کرے گے" (They will start a new business).
17. "کل ہم پارٹی میں جائیں گے" (Tomorrow, we will go to the party).
18. "تمہیں یہ مزیدار لگے گا" (You will find it delicious).
19. "وہ بہت جلدی آئے گی" (She will come very soon).
20. "انہوں نے نیا پروجیکٹ شروع کیا ہوگا" (They will start a new project).

Negative Sentences

Structure:

1. "میں کتاب نہیں پڑھوں گا" (I shall not read a book). 2. "تم کل نہیں آؤ گے" (You will not come tomorrow). 3. "وہ نئی گاڑی نہیں خریدے گی" (She will not buy a new car). 4. 4. "کیا ہم آئندہ مہینے کام کریں گے؟" (Shall we work next month?)

Interrogative Sentences with Question Words

Structure:

Question Word+Auxiliary verb "will/shall"+Subject+Base form of the verb+Object+?

1. "کیا تم کل کے بعد آؤ گے؟" (Will you come after tomorrow?)

2. "کب تمہیں یہ کام کرنا ہے؟" (When do you have to do this task?)

3. "کیا وہ نئی گاڑی خریدے گا؟" (Will he buy a new car?)

4. "آپ کہاں جا رہے ہیں؟" (Where are you going?)

5. "کس کے ساتھ دوپہر گزاریں گے؟" (With whom shall we spend the afternoon?)

6. "کیا تم کل کیسا دیکھو گے؟" (How will you see tomorrow?)

7. "کیا چاند دن میں جاتا ہے؟" (Where does the moon go during the day?)

8. "آپ کس کس زبان میں بات چیت کریں گے؟" (In which languages will you speak?)

9. "آپ گرمیوں میں کہاں سوائم کریں گے؟" (Where will you swim in the summer?)

20. "آپ کس سے ملنا چاہو گے؟" (Whom will you want to meet?)

Summary

- Affirmative Sentences:
