The Past Perfect Continuous Tense is used to describe an action that started in the past, continued for a certain duration, and was still ongoing at a specific point in the past. It is formed using the past perfect continuous tense marker in Urdu.

Use of "since" and "for":
The words "since" and "for" are used similarly in the past perfect continuous tense to indicate the starting point or duration of an action, just as in the present perfect continuous tense.
1. Since:
- Usage: "Since" is used to specify the starting point of an action or state in the past. It indicates a specific point in time when the action began.
- Example: "I had been reading the book since yesterday." (The action of reading the book started yesterday.)
2. For:
- Usage: "For" is used to indicate the duration of an action or state that continued for a specific period in the past.
- Example: "They had been living in that house for five years." (The action of living in the house continued for a period of five years.)

"I had been studying French for two years before I moved to Paris."
In this example:
- "Since" indicates the starting point of studying French, which was before moving to Paris.
- "For" indicates the duration of the study, which is two years.
